By purchasing from Ladan Bridal, you agree to the following terms: 1. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Purchases All dresses purchased from Ladan Bridal are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Bridal dresses: As our dresses are tailored to your measurements and preferences, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: • Change of mind • Event cancellations or postponements • Dissatisfaction with style or fit 2. Tailoring Process and Customer Responsibilities • Customers are required to required to provide measurements in a timely manner • Accurate measurements must be provided. • Ladan Bridal will make every effort to create a dress that meets the agreed specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of tailoring. 3. Damage After Pickup Ladan Bridal is not responsible for any damage to the dress after it has been picked up or delivered. Customers are advised to handle their dresses with care and store them in a safe, dry place. 4. Limited Liability Ladan Bridal will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters. However, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order on time. 5.
